Clickers are a specifc kind of zombiefied humasn in the "The Last of Us" franchise. They appear less human than runners and stalkers, their faces completely skewed by fungus developed from their infected brains. Often only leaving behind a maw of jagged teeth.
By this point, whatever clothes the host may have been wearing are mostly tattered and destroyed. The skin is covered in mold and scaly fungal growths, which can be seen glowing in the dark. Most notably, the eyes of clickers have been pushed out of the sockets due to advanced fungal growth, leaving the host completely blind

Origins
Clickers are humans infected by Cordyceps that are in the third stage of the infection, evolving from the state of Stalker and Runner. They are more intelligent than those caught in the grip of the previous two stages and are importantly much stronger.
While the runners and stalkers have some degree of humanity left underneath, the Clickers resemble no shred of the infected victim’s past. once infected, it takes around one year to transform into a Clicker. Due to prolonged exposure to the infection, their appearance exhibits a more extreme sign of the fungus’ impact on their body.
They are able to hunt more effectively because they use echolocation. Indeed, their name is derived from the clicking noises they make when using this skill.
As their appearance has become less human, some have ripped away their clothes, morphing into unmistakable monsters.
